What i’m doing to protect my heart is first i take supplement that will help my heart function well (Omega 3 Fish Oil Ultimate), next i eat foods with less cholesterol and fat contents. I also exercise daily.

Black is beauty and very beautiful. If the creator did want us black people to have a lighter tone he would give it to us. Why are are we so confuse and ungreatful. We should accept ourself for what and who we are. When we are natural we look more real and clean in the sight of the Lord. Bleachers should first study and know about the different types if skin effect such as cancers. Very coufused black want to be white and white want to be black.

We need to be a world of second chances,some people in prisons are victims of the system.Rehabilitate those that can be helped,who will in turn help society.at the rate in which we lock away our people 3/4 of the world will soon be behind bars.

now Cameron is in control he is breakin al the rules. He is ignoring high court judgements made and confirmed on different cases and illegally pushing them through parliment. Cos he is prime minister he can do it. Talk about Rich and poor, hey guy was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, bet them who voted whished they had not done so. He will put it through Parliment on vote. How many real Black people do u see there???? None.!!!
